Production Schedule

NOTE: Pay close attention to your dancer's specific call dates & times. 

*This is a Mandatory call for the following performers:

• Levels 1-7
•  Adults 
• Primary C dancers in Bird Court

*Pre-Primary, Primary A & Primary Tap/Jazz classes will run as normal this day

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Children's & Pre Professional Division dancers should arrive in class uniform, no make up is required.
• Please plan accordingly and bring a lunch + snacks that will energize you throughout the day.

CALL-TIMES:

• 11:15 am The Performing Company Dancers
• 12:15 pm Full Cast

Estimated Dismissal Time: approx. 3:30 pm 

• Dancers must stay for group notes at the end of their rehearsals, and be properly checked out. 
• We will text you if your dancer is ready for early pick-up

Please bring food to eat when you have breaks. Any appropriate dance attire and warm-ups are acceptable for this rehearsal day. 

*This is a Mandatory call for ALL Performing Dancers

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Make-up & Hair for your first look should be done at home (except for lipstick!). Lipstick should be applied ONLY once in costume so please bring it with you!
• Privacy leotards are required as the base costume layer for all female dancers. Tights should be worn on top of privacy leotard.
• Dance belts are required for all male dancers.
• Please make sure to pack your required performance tights & shoes!

CALL-TIMES:

• 4:30 pm Levels 1-7
• 5:30 pm Full Cast (Adults, Primary Division)

Levels 1-7 will have a warm up class from 4:30-5:30pm. Non performing dancers should attend this class along with performing classmates in place of regularly scheduled class time. Adults are welcome to attend warm up class.

Estimated Dismissal Time: approx. 7:30 pm 

• Dancers must stay for group notes at the end of their rehearsals, and be properly checked out. 
• We will text you if your dancer is ready for early pick-up

Mandatory call for: 

• ALL dancers Level 1A-7 & Adults in Act II Scene 1: Snow White 
• Primary Division students are NOT CALLED this day

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

•  Dancers should arrive in class uniform, no make up is required.

CALL-TIMES:

• 4:30 pm Levels 3-7
• 5:30 pm Level 1-2, Adults

Levels 3-7 will have a warm up class from 4:30-5:30pm. Non performing dancers in these levels should attend this class along with performing classmates in place of regularly scheduled class time. Adults are welcome to attend warm up class.

Mandatory call for:

• ALL dancers Level 1A-7 & Adults in Act II Scene 2: Cinderella 
• Primary Division students are NOT CALLED this day

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

•  Dancers should arrive in class uniform, no make up is required.

CALL-TIMES:

• 4:30 pm Levels 4-7
• 6:30 pm Level 1-3, Adults

Levels 4-7 will have class from 4:30-6:30pm. Non performing dancers in these levels should attend this class along with performing classmates in place of regularly scheduled class time. 

Estimated Dismissal Time: approx. 8:30 pm

• Dancers must stay for group notes at the end of their rehearsals, and be properly checked out. 
• We will text you if your dancer is ready for early pick-up

Mandatory call for:

• ALL dancers Level 1A-7 & Adults in Act II Scene 3: Sleeping Beauty 
• Primary Division students are NOT CALLED this day, with the exception of Primary C dancers in Bird Court

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

•  Dancers should arrive in class uniform, no make up is required.

CALL-TIMES:

• 4:30 pm Levels 3-7
• 5:30 pm Level 1-2, Adults, Bird Court

Levels 3-7 will have a warm up class from 4:30-5:30pm. Non performing dancers in these levels should attend this class along with performing classmates in place of regularly scheduled class time. Adults are welcome to attend warm up class.

• Dancers must stay for group notes at the end of their rehearsals, and be properly checked out. 
• We will text you if your dancer is ready for early pick-up

SHOW-TIME: 6:00 pm

• Theatre lobby will open for audience members at 5:15 pm
• Dancers must remain backstage pre-show
• Dancers will have a dinner break at 5:30pm. Please keep an eye out for an email regarding a group meal order. You are also welcome to send dancers with a meal & snacks.

Post-Show Dismissal Information:

• After the show, dancers are permitted to go to the lobby in costume for photos.
• Dancers will be walked to the lobby with a designated chaperone & should be returned to that same chaperone to go backstage for costume check-in & dressing room clean up.
• Parents are NOT permitted backstage at any time. 
• Parents, please pick up your dancer from the check-out table at the courtyard gate no later than 7:45 pm.
