Production Schedule

NOTE: Many dancers (especially Primary Dancers) are not called every day. 

Please see Casting Info below and note which Act(s) your dancer is performing in.

Snow White, Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty are collectively referred to as "Act II"

Pay close attention to your dancer's specific call times.

*This is a Mandatory call for ALL Performing Dancers

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Children's & Pre Professional Division dancers should arrive in class uniform, no make up is required.
• Leads Dancers in Primary groups should expect to put their costumes on.
• Primary Division dancers should arrive in their privacy leotard with tights over and in full hair & make up
• Please plan accordingly and bring a lunch + snacks that will energize you throughout the day.

CALL-TIMES:

• 9:00 am Jr & Sr The Performing Company Dancers (Company classes will run as normally scheduled)
• 9:30 am Apprentice & Trainee The Performing Company Dancers (Company classes will run as normally scheduled)
• 10:15 am Full Cast

Estimated Dismissal Times: 

*Please note that dancers must stay for group notes at the end of their rehearsals, and be properly checked out - Early dismissals are not permitted. 

• Primary Division  ~ approx. 11:45am
• Dancers in Cinderella ONLY ~ approx. 12:15pm
• Dancers in Cinderella & Snow White ONLY ~ approx. 1:45pm
• Dancers in Act II ONLY ~ approx. 2:45pm
• Remaining Dancers ~ approx. 4:00pm

Please bring food to eat when you have breaks. Any appropriate dance attire and warm-ups are acceptable for this rehearsal day. 

*This is a Mandatory call for ALL Performing Dancers Level 1-7 & Primary C dancers in Bird Court

*Primary Division students who are NOT in Bird Court are NOT CALLED THIS DAY

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Make-up & Hair for your first look should be done at home (except for lipstick!). Lipstick should be applied once in costume so please bring it with you!
• Privacy leotards are required for all female dancers. Tights should be worn on top of privacy leotard.
• Dance belts are required for all male dancers.
• Please make sure to pack your required performance tights & shoes!
• There will be a dinner break from 5:30-6:00 pm. Please plan your meal accordingly.

CALL-TIMES:

• 4:15 pm Levels 1-7
• 5:30 pm Bird Court

Levels 1-7 will have a warm up class from 4:15-5:30pm. Non performing dancers should attend this class along with performing classmates in place of regularly scheduled class time.

• Party Children ~ approx. 7:15pm
• All Remaining Dancers ~ approx. 8:30pm

*Primary Division Students DO NOT attend this day

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

•  Dancers should arrive in class uniform, no make up is required.

• 5:30 pm Levels 1 & 2

Levels 3-7 will have a warm up class from 4:15-5:30pm. Non performing dancers in these levels should attend this class along with performing classmates in place of regularly scheduled class time.

*This is a Mandatory call for ALL Performing Dancers Level 1-7 & Primary C dancers in Bird Court

*Primary Division students who are NOT in Bird Court are NOT CALLED THIS DAY

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Make-up & Hair for your first look should be done at home (except for lipstick!). Lipstick should be applied once in costume so please bring it with you!
• Privacy leotards are required for all female dancers. Tights should be worn on top of privacy leotard.
• Dance belts are required for all male dancers.
• Please make sure to pack your required performance tights & shoes!

CALL-TIMES:

Call times are firm. The theatre gate will be locked 15 minutes past call.

• 3:00 pm Jr & Sr Company Dancers
• 3:30 pm Levels 3 & up. Please arrive prepared to go straight to warm up class on stage.
• 4:30 pm Levels 1 & 2, Primary C Dancers in Bird Court

SHOW-TIME: 6:00 pm

• Theatre lobby will open for audience members at 5:15 pm
• Dancers must remain backstage pre-show
• Dancers will have a dinner break at 5:15pm. Please keep an eye out for an email regarding a group meal order. You are also welcome to send dancers with a meal & snacks.

Post-Show Dismissal Information:

• After the show, dancers are permitted to go to the lobby in costume for photos.
• Dancers will be walked to the lobby with a designated chaperone & should be returned to that same chaperone to go backstage for costume check-in & dressing room clean up.
• Parents are NOT permitted backstage at any time. 
• Parents, please pick up your dancer from the check-out table at the courtyard gate no later than 8:45 pm.
