CALL-TIMES:

• 9:00 am Call: ALL Dancers in Class Uniform (No Make-Up / Costume Hair Required)

Estimated Dismissal Times: 

*Please note that dancers must stay for group notes at the end of their Act rehearsals, and be properly checked out - Early dismissals are not permitted. 

• 10:30 am Dismissal: Sunbeams, Polichinelles, Mushrooms 
• 1:00 pm Dismissal: Act I ONLY Dancers
• 4:30 pm Dismissal: All Remaining Dancers

We will take a group lunch break 1:00-1:30 pm

*We will text you if your dancer is ready for early pick-up

REHEARSAL CALLS:

• 4:00-6:00 pm Call: "Post-Dark" (Junior/Senior Company Ensemble w/Ms Rebekah + Costume Fitting)

We will always do our best to avoid additional calls, but will do so for dancers/scenes that need extra rehearsal time before performance. We appreciate your flexibility as we work hard to support and prepare our performers.

This is a FULL-DRESS Rehearsal with Hair & Make-Up

Female dancers are required to wear a privacy leotard as their base undergarment under all costumes. Tights should be worn on top of privacy leotard.

Male dancers are required to wear a dance belt as their base undergarment under all costumes.

This is a FULL-DRESS Rehearsal & Performance Day with Hair & Make-Up

• Female dancers are required to wear a privacy leotard as their base undergarment under all costumes. Tights should be worn on top of privacy leotard.
• Male dancers are required to wear a dance belt as their base undergarment under all costumes.
• Costumes will be waiting at the theatre for dancers. Any dancers that have to change mid-run will have an assigned Quick Change assistant backstage. 

CALL-TIMES:

Call times are firm. Dancers that miss their dress rehearsal will not be permitted to perform. 

• 12:00 pm Call: Act I Dancers
• 2:00 pm Call: Act II Dancers

Food Break Info:

The entire cast will have a supervised food break at the theatre from 5:15-5:45 pm. 

• Dancers are not permitted to leave the theatre location and come back. They must stay on site from their call-time until post-show dismissal.
• Please plan accordingly and pack food that will energize you for the long day. Dancers should bring non-messy snacks to eat between their scenes (nuts, bananas, etc.). Eating is not permitted in costumes at any time, and dancers may only eat with supervision at the tables within the gated courtyard.
• We will do a family meal option for the pre-show food break: Jersey Mike’s Sandwiches (Details will be sent out to performing dancers & faculty during production week)

SHOW-TIME: 6:00 pm

• Theatre lobby will open for audience members at 5:15 pm
• Dancers must remain backstage pre-show

Post-Show Dismissal Information:

• Post-Show dancers may come out to the lobby in their costumes for photos 
• Following photos, dancers must return to their dressing room to check-in their costumes & clean up their dressing room area. 
• Parents are NOT permitted backstage at any time. Primary dancers will have a supervisor assigned to help walk to and from backstage areas. 
• Parents, please pick up your dancer from the check-out table at the courtyard gate no later than 8:50 pm.

This is a Performance Day with Hair & Make-Up

• Female dancers are required to wear a privacy leotard as their base undergarment under all costumes. Tights should be worn on top of privacy leotard.
• Male dancers are required to wear a dance belt as their base undergarment under all costumes.
• Costumes will be waiting at the theatre for dancers. Any dancers that have to change mid-run will have an assigned Quick Change assistant backstage. 

CALL-TIMES:

Call times are firm. The theatre gate will be locked 15 min. past call.

• 12:00 pm Call: All dancers level 2 & Up
• 1:00 pm Call: Full Cast

SHOW-TIME: 2:00 pm

• Theatre lobby will open for audience members at 1:15 pm
• Dancers must remain backstage pre-show

Post-Show Dismissal Information:

• Post-Show dancers may come out to the lobby in their costumes for photos 
• Following photos, dancers must return to their dressing room to check-in their costumes & clean up their dressing room area.
