Booking Your Costume Rental

2. Complete your Costume Rental Inquiry Form below

Keep in mind, you must be 18 to rent from TBC. Dancers younger than 18 must have an adult complete the rental process and contract for them.

3. Once we receive your Inquiry Form, we will reach out with possible Rental options. Please respond in a timely manner to ensure a hold on the costume of your choice.

4. Sign the Rental Contract within 48 hours of receiving it to maintain your hold on your costume of choice.

Rental Pricing for Tutus, Tunics & Dresses

• $150 Minimum Rental Fee
• $30 per Day
• $150 per Week
• $450 per Month

Rental Pricing for Tiaras & Crowns

• $10 per Day
• $50 per Week
• $150 per Month

To process a rental, we require a signed contract, payment of rental fee & deposit and a credit card on file. Contract must be returned to us signed at least seven days before the ship date of the rental, not to be considered a rush order. Any rental completed within seven days of the ship date will be considered a rush order, is not guaranteed and will incur a rush fee on top of the normal rental fee. We have two levels of Rush fees: Rentals completed within six days of shipment will incur a last-minute rental fee of $50. Rentals completed within 24 hours of when the ship date, will incur a last-minute rental fee of $100.

Shipping fees are paid by client, in advance, once the costume has been packed and weighed. We will send a return label in the box with the costume. A reduced rental rate of $12.50 is charged on shipping days.

The Ballet Company Rentals are shipped USPS Express both ways, (1-2 days).  Express Shipping averages between $30 and $50, but varies depending on size, weight and destination.
