Ms. Emma | Ballet

Ms Emma Stenger began training at the age of 3 in San Diego, California, under the instruction of Ms Patti Weinberg at Stage Door Dance, in Encinitas, CA. She began training as a Teacher’s Apprentice in 2017, under the tutelage of Jill Gibson. She has since trained as an Instructor in all levels and ages, from 3-18 years. Emma is in TBC’s Pre-Professional Conservatory training program, placed in the Senior Division. Ms Stenger is currently on Faculty at The Ballet Company, teaching Ballet Level CD-D, Ballet Level CD-E, and assisting in levels Pre-Primary and up. She also works with TBC’s Director Ms Jill as a Rehearsal Assistant, and will work as Assistant to the Director on TBC’s upcoming production of Narnia. Additionally, Emma is a Teacher at Stage Door Dance, where she teaches Ballet, Lyrical, Tap, and Jazz. Emma is well trained and continues her studies in Classical and Contemporary Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, and Tap. Upon her graduation this year, she plans to pursue her Undergraduate degree in Dance Science and Dance Performance. 

She is excited to work with TBC’s ballet students and hopes to return after college to continue as TBC’s resident Dance Medicine specialist and continue on Faculty as a full-time TBC Dance Instructor and Choreographer.
